The Gallery marks a new chapter for Hotel Plaza Västerås. More than just a restaurant, it is a space where food, creativity, and craftsmanship meet. Inspired by art and expression. The Gallery brings together flavors, colors, and forms.

Over the past months, I’ve worked closely with the team to photograph the food and the kitchen, focusing on close details, ingredients, textures, and the people behind each dish. Alongside plated food, the images highlight the process and energy of the kitchen, capturing the work that happens behind the scenes.
